How can I build my credit by paying rent?

Build your credit by paying your monthly rent on time. This includes rent reporting, financial education, debit card and banking, budgeting, and fraud protection. At the low cost of $9.00 for individuals and $15.00 for households.

Where do I apply for an apartment?

All of our applications are online on our website. You will click on the apply tab and it will have you fill out all the required information we need to process your application. If you are having any problems filling out the application or have any question, you are more than welcome to come into the office for us to assist you or you can call the office as well.

How much is the application fee?

The application fee is $35 per person that will be on the lease and is 18 or older.

How long can you hold an apartment for?

Once your application has been approved and a deposit is paid, the longest we can hold the apartment for is 14 days. 

Do you offer individual leases & co-living?

​We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.

Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?

​Yes, depending on our availability.

Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?

Yes there is a required security deposit and a portion that is refundable based on the condition of the apartment after move-out.

Do you accept Section 8 vouchers?


Are utilities included?

​Utilities are separate from your market rent and will need to be setup through Logan City and Dominion Energy. As soon as you have been approved for an apartment and given a move-in date, you will need to setup accounts with both of these companies so the utilities start on your move-in date.

Is renter's insurance required?

​Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage. Personal content coverage is highly recommended.

Can the apartment be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms like AirBnB or VRBO?

Apartments cannot be sublet or listed on short-term rental platforms such as Airbnb or VRBO.

How can I schedule a tour?

You can email our office and we would be happy to setup a time that will work with your schedule or you can go to our website and at the very top it will have a tab that says “Schedule a Tour.” That will allow you to select a date and time that we have available.

What are the application requirements?

There is a lease settlement agreement that requires a 30-day notice with rent being paid through those 30 days.  In addition a settlement fee of 3x the market rent will be owed if you have more than 6 months remaining on your lease. If you have less than 6 months remaining, the settlement amount will be 2x your market rent.

What is your pet policy?

Oak Meadows is a dog friendly property. We have a dog park and plenty of pet stations for you and your dog to utilize. We do require a dog deposit and a monthly pet rent charge of $35. The dog also has to be within our weight limit of 55lbs. We also have breed restrictions so please reach out to the office to make sure the breed is allowed at our community.

What is the smoking policy?

We are pleased to be smoke-free in apartments and buildings. Smoking must be 25 feet away from any building and not in the pool area.

What is the parking situation?

​Once you are an official resident of our community, you will receive one assigned covered parking stall free of charge. Unassigned parking is first come first serve. 

How is parking assigned at your community?

Each apartment has one assigned covered parking spot that is assigned to that apartment and only that apartment. You will be given your parking number when your lease has been generated. All of the uncovered parking spots that you will see around the community are first come first serve. There is no additional cost for parking.

Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?

The apartments are internet ready. We use Mereo Networks, once the lease has been signed and the resident picks up their keys and the move in packet they will recieve login information. Internet is paid alongside rent and starts at $30/month, but we have three additional speeds to choose from!

How do I get my packages/do you have package lockers?

Packages are delivered to the mailbox.

Are BBQ grills available?

There are charcoal grills located in the courtyard for our residents to enjoy.

Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?

We do not have valet trash but there are multiple recycling bins throughout the property

What school district serves the community?

Logan City District Wilson Elementary School, Mount Logan Middle, Logan High

Do you have onsite laundry?

We have electric washer and dryer hookups in all the apartments. We also have an onsite laundry facility that is coin operated. You can also download an app that allows you to pay through your phone as well.

Do the apartments have air conditioning?

Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.

What kind of kitchen appliances are in the apartment? Are stoves gas or electric?
