Applications, Lease, & Rent
How much is the application fee?
The application fee is $40 per person that will be on the lease and is 18 or older.
What leasing options are available?
We offer lease terms from 3 - 14 months.
How can I schedule a tour?
You can call our front office and we would be happy to setup a time that will work with your schedule or you can go to our website and at the very top it will have a tab that says “Schedule a Tour.” That will allow you to select a date and time that we have available.
What are the application requirements?
We require a household income of 2 ½x the market rent, a full criminal and credit screening along with a verification of any previous rental history.
Is there a security deposit and is any of it refundable?
Yes there is a required security deposit and a portion that is refundable based on the condition of the apartment after move-out.
Is renter's insurance required?
Yes, we require renter's insurance with $100,000 of liability coverage. Personal content coverage is highly recommended.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are separate from your market rent and will need to be setup through Logan City and Dominion Energy. As soon as you have been approved for an apartment and given a move-in date, you will need to setup accounts with both of these companies so the utilities start on your move-in date.
How long can you hold an apartment for?
Yes, depending on availability. To hold an apartment, we first require a completed application and payment of the security deposit.
Do you offer individual leases & co-living?
We do not offer individual leases (by-the-bed) with co-living arrangements (individual leases with private rooms and shared commons spaces). We offer a single lease with everyone 18 years and older on the same lease.
Where do I apply for an apartment?
All of our applications are online on our website. You will click on the apply tab and it will have you fill out all the required information we need to process your application. If you are having any problems filling out the application or have any question, you are more than welcome to come into the office for us to assist you or you can call the office as well.
Can I request a specific apartment & can an apartment be held?
Yes, depending on availability.

Community Amenities
Are apartments internet/cable ready? Is there a separate charge? How do I set it up?
The apartments are internet ready. We use Mereo Networks, once the lease has been signed and the resident picks up their keys and the move in packet they will recieve login information. Internet is paid alongside rent and starts at $30/month, but we have three additional speeds to choose from!
Do you have package lockers/how do I get my packages?
Packages are dropped off to the mailboxes
How is parking assigned at your community?
Each apartment has one assigned covered parking spot that is assigned to that apartment and only that apartment. You will be given your parking number when your lease has been generated. All of the uncovered parking spots that you will see around the community are first come first serve. There is no additional cost for parking.
Do you have grills available?
There are charcoal grills located in the courtyard for our residents to enjoy.
Do you offer valet trash service and/or recycling?
We do not have valet trash but there are multiple recycling bins throughout the property

Community Policies
What is the smoking policy?
We are pleased to be smoke-free in apartments and buildings. Smoking must be 25 feet away from any building and not in the pool area.
Do you allow pets? What is the pet policy?
Oak Meadows is a dog friendly property. We have a dog park and plenty of pet stations for you and your dog to utilize. We do require a dog deposit and a monthly pet rent charge of $45. The dog also has to be within our weight limit of 55lbs. We also have breed restrictions so please reach out to the office to make sure the breed is allowed at our community.
What is the parking situation?
Once you are an official resident of our community, you will receive one assigned covered parking stall free of charge. Unassigned parking is first come first serve.
Apartment Amenities
Are washers and dryers available? Are they in the apartments?
We have electric washer and dryer hookups in all the apartments. We also have an onsite laundry facility that is coin operated. You can also download an app that allows you to pay through your phone as well.
What kind of appliances are in the kitchen?
Refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal and electric oven
Is there a shower or a tub?
Apartments feature a space-saving tub/shower combo.
Do apartments have air conditioning?
Yes, each apartment has central air conditioning to keep you comfortable.
Are the apartments furnished?
No.
When were these apartments built? Have there been any renovations?
Our apartments were built in 2001.
What type of flooring do the apartments have?
Carpet and Vinyl.
