|Recommended: YesA Great Place To Live — I’ve lived in this apartment complex for over 10 years, which I think says a lot on its own. Overall, my experience has been largely positive, with a few areas that could use improvement.
One of the biggest strengths here is the staff and how proactive they are. They really stay on top of everything—regular maintenance checks are done in each apartment to make sure things are running smoothly, and whenever something needs to be fixed, they’re quick to take care of it. That level of consistency has made a big difference over the years.
The location has also been a major plus for me. It’s convenient, accessible, and has made day-to-day living easier, which is a big reason I’ve chosen to stay long-term.

The staff is friendly, responsive, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure resident satisfaction. The community is quiet yet conveniently located almost in the heart of Logan. |Recommended: YesOverall Opinion — The grounds of the property are filled with poop and the apartments are outdated and are in need of renovation and the air conditioning system is in efficient because of the blower motor not being maintained properly it is costly for the residents in their unit utilities and I honestly think that the pool is outdated and the jacuzzi so overall I think the price is A little steep for the overall quality of life.

I ❤️ my view of the mountains, which is the very reason I moved here from Texas..The staff are kind, helpful and very competent at their jobs..I couldn't ask for anything more from Cierra.
