|Recommended: NoLocation Is Nice — The location is nice enough, they raise rent every year and don't give discounts for having stayed for several years. They say it's a non smoking complex but our experience is that in our new apartment that we've been in for the last 13 months previous to that we were in a smaller apartment at the same complex 3 of our neighbors smoke and even after complaining multiple times the behavior has still occurred.
They hot tub isn't always clean, along with the pool, and we've been frustrated with lack of communication from management when there is closures of the hot tub and pool.
It's easy enough to find parking in the summer months but in the winter it's extremely difficult because parking permits aren't offered and people from other complexes will park in our parking lot.
Maintenance is very friendly, and keeps the sidewalks clean in winter which is awesome.

Property is well maintained and the common park area has been a great bonus It is also situated in a really convenient spot close to Main Street without all of the traffic.

Property staff and maintenance exceed expectations every single time I have to work with them. Place is affordable and very well located. Definitely recommend it.
